Mr. Iwan Kartawijaya and Mrs. Suliatin Saleh established PT. Tunas Nusa Hijau Pertiwi in 1963. On the early establishment, our company used the name KHK. After ten years, we were expanding the business, proximately on January 30th, 1990. After the expansion we changed the name into PT. Tunas Nusa Hijau Pertiwi. As the time goes by, we keep changing into a better management, better production and better distribution because we realize that the global market competition is very tight. The competition direct us to have specialties in order to gain the market. Our specialty is producing non-woven material and garments (warp knit/towel). With that kind of specialties, we are able to gain a niche market where there are fewer competitors. We are not the biggest, that's why we have to work harder and keep deliveries our customer demands.

LOGO & CHARACTER

There are three visual elements supporting PT. Tunas Nusa Hijau Pertiwi's logo, which are a stalk of grain, a stalk of cotton and KHK letters. A stalk of grain and cotton is a symbol of labor and it has a mission toward prosperity. It is also forming a harmony and it becomes a primary need in human life and it can't be separated from one another. KHK is initial letters of the original name of Mr. Iwan Kartawijaya, the owner of PT. Tunas Nusa Hijau Pertiwi.
